Adam is known nationwide for his knack of discovering and featuring new talent on air. He was the very first to interview and showcase Katy Perry, Norah Jones, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Fiona Apple, Jason Mraz, Ryan Bingham, and many more, helping to launch their successful careers. He's interviewed the reclusive Morrissey, and was one of the few journalists to do an English language broadcast interview with the late Selena.
