Biography

I am a fourth-year Cal Poly Journalism major with an emphasis in broadcast news and an interest in sports journalism. My internship experience this quarter consisted of managing content and curating uploads of current and past CJ Silas Show clips. Along with the other interns, I focused on going through CJ's immense backlog of the old content from previous radio interviews and other multimedia appearances. We then take these clips and upload them in accordance with a schedule I devised in order to keep uploads consistent and up to date with what our supervisor wanted. In addition to this, I also handled the delegation of tasks within the youtube content team. This involved me assigning various members to different tasks such as scheduling, research for video context, and clipping the video content so it is easier for me and my editor to work with.
