Aiden moved back East in mid-2014 and spent time freelancing for niche websites and magazines. He founded a cannabis policy website in 2015, called MarijuanaPolicyNews.org, which ran for a year. After an extended break, Aiden launched Profiles in Legalization (LegalizationProfiles.org) as a cannabis policy and industry news site in 2021. It featured news from around the web, contributed content and original reporting. The site ran for two years and was syndicated by Newstex and NewsBank.
