My journey into journalism has not been the traditional route but it is the best way I could have ever asked for. I obtained my Bachelors degree from the California Maritime Academy with a focus on International Business and Logistics and a Law minor. I earned my Associate n Arts Radio Television with a focus on Performance/Broadcast News at Long Beach City College. I want to become a leader in journalism because I believe storytelling is a powerful tool that can not only inform all people but inspire them. I enjoy reading, writing, and expanding my knowledge. I’m curious, amiable, and hard-working. I have a passion for story-telling because we all have a story to tell, no matter who you are. Stories hold the power to unite and empower people - I love it!
