Biography

I began working with KHQ (now NonStop Local) in March 2020 as part of a small team dedicated to gaming content and news. Our duo created a podcast, stream, and gaming reviews and long form content for YouTube. We also partnered with Hooptown and the U.S. Army to host digital tournaments. Unfortunately, profit losses due to COVID-19 led to the closure of the department, but I was brought back to work in the newsroom as a digital producer. My role involves writing and editing articles, finding and researching story leads, SEO optimization, and managing social media. I've also done some video editing and production. I love learning new things, sharing knowledge, and creating. When I'm not working, I'm usually picking up a new skill. From leatherwork to figure skating, there's very little I won't try. I also love volunteering at animal shelters and petting all the neighborhood dogs and cats.
