Our journey started in 2013 when Contemporary Lynx was launched as a blog dedicated to Polish contemporary artists. Over time, it blossomed into an internationally recognised brand. We became known for our simultaneous online and print editions (2015–2023), but now we have fully embraced the digital era with an online magazine. Since 2024, Sylwia Krason, our Founder, CEO, and Editor-in-chief, has been at the helm. Our mission goes beyond just publishing weekly articles—we offer a rich educational and artistic programme that includes Lynx Academy, panel discussions, events, and art prizes, all in collaboration with partners across Europe and beyond. Registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee in England and Wales, Contemporary Lynx is committed to supporting and promoting the creative community from CEE countries and outside the so-called Western European circle.
