I have always had a knack for writing. And I've always had a passion for it. And although I have always enjoyed writing, it was not until very recently that I started doing so more formally online. I originally started a blog in December of 2017 related to green technology. Although that is a passion of mine, I quickly decided that niche was a little too, well...niched down. I then decided to delve into the world of personal finance; I paid off a large student loan balance which was part of the inspiration. However, I am also inherently frugal and believed that sharing my views with others could help them adapt some of my ways. Hence, my blog was born: The Frugal Fellow. I will continue to specialize in personal finance, as I do enjoy learning about all the tips and tricks that can help improve my finances. And, of course, I also look to share those with others.
