Cara Angeline Oliver is a multimedia producer for Rappler. She produces newscasts, explainers, documentaries, podcasts, shows, and features. She graduated with the degree of Philippine studies in Filipino in Mass Media from De La Salle University Manila, and is currently taking her masters in Film at the University of the Philippines Diliman. Before Rappler, Cara was a video producer for several lifestyle outlets including We the Pvblic, spot.ph, and Philstar Life. She has a keen interest in international relations and is drawn to people-centric stories. Her curious nature drives her work and sees herself as a life-long learner. When off the clock, Cara enjoys reading biographies, reviewing films and reading.
