Biography
I am a reporter and aspiring investigative journalist studying at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. I am currently employed by the politics desk at The State Press at Arizona State University. My focus is on public policy, particularly by examining the consequences of policies on individuals and communities. I am fascinated by the democratic decison-making process and believe that journalists are obligated to make that process more effective. I value accuracy, transparency and fairness and prioritize analysis and context in my storytelling.
Final Covers
I cover public policy and politics. Because of my interest in the outcomes of governmental decisions much of my reporting focuses on reactions and responses from those impacted by policies.
