Turning Point USA

Turning Point USA (TPUSA) is a nonprofit organization established on June 5, 2012, by Charlie Kirk and Bill Montgomery, with its headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. The organization is dedicated to educating students about fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government, while promoting American exceptionalism and traditional values such as patriotism and respect for liberty. TPUSA engages in various activities, including educating students through innovative outreach, empowering student activists, and organizing them into chapters across the U.S. The organization also facilitates voter registration to encourage civic engagement. Notable initiatives include the Professor Watchlist, which highlights academics accused of bias against conservative students, and the School Board Watchlist, which tracks school board members implementing certain policies. TPUSA hosts annual conferences like the Student Action Summit and AmericaFest to further engage young activists and promote conservative values. With a presence on over 3,500 campuses, TPUSA is one of the largest youth organizations in America, supported by conservative donors and foundations, and reported a revenue of $81 million in 2023.
