I'm a former sugar-addicted journalist and author of the upcoming book I blew my diet! Now what? The Easy, Proven 21-Day Plan to Drop Pounds & Bounce Back Boldly (March 4, 2025). Previously, I wrote the bestselling books, Sugar Shock (Berkley Books), Beyond Sugar Shock (Hay House). My upcoming book was inspired when I blew my diet big time after a grueling time helplessly watching my terminally ill mother succumb to cancer.
