Biography
Currently, I'm the Florida reporter for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. This means I spend March and April in Tallahassee while the state Legislature is in session. The rest of the time, I'm in South Florida, where I cover statewide issues as they relate to our peculiar area of the state. Previously, I've been the adviser to Florida Atlantic University's college newspaper, the University Press; associate editor of the altweekly City Link Magazine; and calendar editor of the altweekly New Times Broward/Palm Beach. Freelance-wise, I've written for a bunch of national and regional publications, including American Way, the in-flight magazine of American Airlines; the jammy music magazine Relix; Z-Life, the magazine of Zumba Fitness; and a ton more.
