Biography
David is an Investigative Journalist, a Fact Checker and the 52nd Public Relations Officer of The Association of Campus Journalists, Obafemi Awolowo University. The first campus journalism outlet in Nigeria. He is a 300 Level Law Student at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. He started his Student Journalism Career November, 2023. Prior to this, he was an undergraduate at The Department of Linguistics and African Languages of the same University. While at the Department of Linguistics and African Languages, he was the Students' Association Electoral Committee Secretary and also won the Association's award for The Most Reserved Student. He's part of the dynamic men who strive for excellence, creativity and innovation in their work, thereby becoming part of the success story of an organization and make positive contribution towards the upliftment of the establishment. Recently, David won the award for the Best Collaborative Reporter at 2024 ACJOAU Award Night and also previously won the award as the Second Best Inductee in the Association of Campus Journalists, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.
