Biography
Desmond Boyle, 21, grew up in Central New Jersey ten minutes away from the New Jersey and Pennsylvania border. In June of 2014 I graduated from Phillipsburg High School where I ran Cross Country, wrote for the school newspaper and was a member of the debate team. I currently attend Towson University, majoring in both Mass Communications and Political Science. Since coming to Towson University Boyle I have become a staff writer for Towson University’s school newspaper, the Towerlight, a staff writer for somuchsports.com, and plan to write for sports website SQ this summer. Upon graduation I hope to be employed at a newspaper located in a major media market in the Northeast.
