I’m an independent journalist (as well as a writer and editor) covering many areas including (but not limited to) entrepreneurship, technology, small business, the workplace, social issues, social trends and family. I also write about where these areas intersect. For more than six years I wrote the monthly “Career Couch” column in the New York Times Sunday Business section, and I now write the small business blog/columns “Start” and “Tech Support” for the NYTimes.com and am a frequent contributor to the Times‘ small business section.
