My name is Elise Graham, I am a recent graduate of the University of South Australia's Bachelor of Journalism and Professional Writing Program. I am an ambitious writer and freelance journalist who is accomplished across many mediums including video and sound production and editing. I have a passion for seeking out curious stories and turning them into thought-provoking pieces. Currently, I am writing at Solstice Media across all mastheads which is inclusive of SA Life, CityMag and InDaily. I have previous experience in radio producing and presenting at Radio Adelaide and am a recent winner of The National Nine News Journalism Award for Best News Bulletin. Additionally, I have received nomination for 2021 JERAA Ossie Awards (Best Video Story and Best Innovation in Journalism) for my 2020 production of a virtual reality documentary at Adelaide's Z Ward, Glenside's former home for the 'criminally insane'.
