I have over 14 years' experience writing about mental health and wellbeing for titles including The Guardian, the i paper, Therapy Today, NYU's The Revealer, Refinery29 UK, Stylist and Vice UK. I specialise in stories about therapy and mental health: recent topics include physician associates, conversion therapy bans, purity culture and doctors' mental health. I also write the BACP mag's monthly double-page spread on arts and culture picks for therapists and counsellors.
