Biography

He started his journalism career in 2010 as one of the hosts of the youth oriented radio show "Kabataan Ngayon" (Youth Now) at DWAR 103.9 Radyo Mo Nationwide (RMN) Palawan. In 2011, he produced news stories for InterAksyon.com, then the official news portal of TV5, covering local politics, defense and environmental issues in Palawan and the West Philippine Sea dispute. He also became part of KBN9, a Palawan-based TV Station in partnership with TV5 and produced news stories for the Philippine News Agency. In 2013, he ventured into government service as the communications, education and public awareness (CEPA) officer of the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park. He returned into journalism in 2021 and became the news desk and editor of Palawan's leading multimedia news organization, the Palawan News.
