I'm a freelance travel journalist (primarily) who also works on business and investment titles, events and conference content, and consumer magazines. I started my career as a sub-editor on investment and business publications, advancing through the editorial ranks to senior editor. Working within small teams, I turned my hand to the full spectrum of editorial tasks – including journalism. It's a route that has taken me worldwide, writing for ABTA Magazine, TripAdvisor and Cruise Adviser; interviewing politicians and thought-leaders at the annual G7 and G20 summits; creating compelling content to tell countries' economic stories; and providing editorial services for clients including The Economist Intelligence Unit, Harrods Magazine, Costco UK and Matches Fashion.
