Biography

Erica Sandifer is the best-selling, award-winning author of Sunshine in the Delta, a novel beautifully written after the Mississippi Delta. Sunshine in the Delta won 2018's Black Caucus of the American Library Association eBook Fiction award and has been recognized in many book signings.The book scored number seven on Mississippi's Best-Sellers list along with John Grisham in the Clarion Ledger. She is a graduate of Full Sail University, holding a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing. Erica's screenplay, Blue as Indigo, recently won "Best Screenplay" in Cineplay's International Film Festival. She has been honored for her literary works and photography in a plethora of literary magazines. Her latest book, HOME, co-authored by Cameron Shaw, Erskine Moore and Jace Swims is a cultured cookbook influenced by the authentic Mississippi Delta and its dyed-in-the-roots culture. The book is also prized with flash fiction tales inspired by the Old South and the rich arts of the Mississippi Delta.
