My name is Essam Al-Sudani. I have been working as a videographer, director and documentary for 19 years in the city of Basra in southern Iraq. I have worked with many local and international agencies and newspapers, including France Press and Reuters. I have covered many events inside Iraq and armed conflict between the army American and British forces with armed militias since 2003 and I have documentary work.
