I graduated with a journalism degree at the University of North Texas in May 2025. I was actively involved in various writing opportunities as a staff writer and the Sports Copyeditor and Designer for the North Texas Daily. One of the highlights of my experience was following the UNT men's basketball team during the 2023-24 season, including covering games and releasing in depth recaps shortly after each game throughout the season. Since July 2024, I have served as the site publisher at MeanGreen247 (247Sports), actively covering the UNT football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball and softball teams. My responsibilities include writing at least 25 750-1,000 word stories a month. These stories encompass a wide range of topics, including reaching out to high school recruits when they commit to UNT, providing game recaps and key takeaways, covering press conferences, conducting feature stories and Q&As, as well as engaging with the site's message board and social media platforms (Instagram/X).
