An Italian-American food writer living in Terracina, Italy. As a young journalist living in New York City, Eva worked for marketing firms and TV Guide, Inc. Her food and travel writing has appeared in CNN Travel, National Geographic Intelligent Travel, Fodor's Travel Guides, HuffPo Travel, and is forthcoming in The Telegraph and The Ritz-Carlton Magazine. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from New York University and an M.Phil in Creative Writing from Trinity College Dublin. Her fiction has been published by various American web journals, and her novel The Revision of Eleanor Reddy has been on various literary award longlists and shortlists, most notably The Luke Bitmead Bursary in 2016. Eva grew up in the United States with an Italian mother and a Guatemalan father, and lived in Japan and Ireland before moving to Italy in 2010. She has been writing since she could hold a pen, but her journey towards becoming a food and travel writer began with her blog, I Eat My Pigeon, where she chronicled the peaks and valleys of living abroad. Eva is always happiest when elbows-deep in a manuscript. She is passionate about helping other people express themselves. Her multi-cultural and multi-lingual background can offer your publication a fresh perspective.
