Giselle Rodriguez Greenwood is Lead Editor at Houston Landing, a nonpartisan news organization devoted to public service journalism. There, she oversees a team of reporters and is responsible for editing and guiding news direction of the website’s content. Prior to Houston Landing, she served as editor-in-chief of the Houston Business Journal, where she oversaw the newsroom and the strategic direction of the publication’s online and print news products. She first joined the HBJ in 2013 as managing editor. Giselle has been in business journalism for more than 20 years. Her past experience includes working as a tech reporter and later as assistant managing editor at the Austin Business Journal. Before that, she was a tech reporter at New York-based VentureWire, an online publication that covers venture capital and technology. Giselle received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.
