I am a journalist with over seven years of experience as a reporter for print and web-based publications. I am currently the health and wellness reporter for The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel, western Colorado's largest daily newspaper. I have previously served as the News Editor and Opinion Editor for Colorado Mesa University's newspaper, The Criterion, and interned with Rocky Mountain PBS. If I'm not running between interviews or writing an article, the odds are I'm on the Grand Mesa or spending time with friends.
