Jasmine Smith is a magazine journalist. Born and raised in Chicago, she knew writing was her passion early on. She briefly explored broadcast journalism, before finding her home in magazine journalism. Sticking with her goal, she earned her Bachelor's degree from Columbia College Chicago. Today she continues to bring her love for music, sports and fashion as well as her extensive knowledge of her hometown into all of her work. Her diverse knowledge of multimedia journalism has landed her opportunities with Chicago Talks, The Celebrity Cafe and Felix Magazine.
