Invisible People

Invisible People is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in the United States, focused on raising awareness about homelessness through storytelling, education, and advocacy. Founded in November 2008 by Mark Horvath, who has personal experience with homelessness, the organization aims to humanize the issue by sharing the personal stories of individuals facing homelessness. The organization creates and shares engaging videos that highlight the challenges of homelessness. These videos are disseminated through various platforms, including social media and their YouTube channel, to educate the public and promote empathy. Invisible People also provides educational resources about homelessness and advocates for policies that support homeless individuals. With interviews conducted in over 100 cities across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., Invisible People plays a significant role in the global conversation about homelessness, encouraging support for initiatives that address this critical issue.
