Johannes Becht is a Digital Creator and Journalist. During his 9+ years in the media, he has worked, among others, as multimedia journalist, digital marketing specialist, video and film producer, copywriter, photographer and actor. Since the age of 15, Becht had been working as freelancer for a local newspaper in Pforzheim, Germany, mainly as online news editor and sports reporter, for over 5 years. After completing high school, he moved to Frankfurt to pursue a degree in American and English Studies at Goethe University. When he was 21, he moved to the United States to study Strategic Communication with minors in World Languages and Film Production at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. He worked as Reporter and News, Online and Social Media Editor, as well as video journalist, for SWOSU's student news site The Southwestern. He also contributed to short films as Actor, Second AD, Camera Operator and Boom Operator, and had an extra role in a professional movie. Currently, he works as Multimedia Reporter at The Lawton Constitution.
