Biography

Jon Patrick Hatcher is the creator and co-author of "101 Ways to Conquer Teen Anxiety" (Ulysses/Simon & Schuster, 2016), awarded one of the best panic books of all time by BookAuthority. He then created and wrote a second nonfiction book titled, "Anxiety Hacks for An Uncertain World" (Routledge, 2022). The first book of a series, "Anxiety Hacks" is the only self-help humor, international psychology textbook for academia and clinicians, and trade paperback for general audiences. Hatcher’s third book is titled, The Teen Anxiety Guidebook" (Bloom Books/Simon & Schuster, 2023). " Hatcher is a contributing writer at Hearst Digital Media, and authors the only self-help humor column on Psychology Today titled "State of Anxiety."
