Jordan Michael started his professional writing career at The Altamont Enterprise (https://altamontenterprise.com/), a local weekly that has won many awards. For seven years (2008-2015), Michael reported on the sports scene in the community, also writing many other types of features and providing content for special sections; the newspaper had a small staff. Michael learned the invaluable skills of journalism, forever carrying this important moral: Seek the truth and report fairly As 2014 hit, Michael aspired to be a trusted voice in music journalism. TrebleZine (https://www.treblezine.com/) was the first music publication that Michael worked for, writing unique content. The writers liked to share duties on all sorts of music lists, which were essential. Later, some of Michael's work ended up on Vinyl Me, Please (http://www.vinylmeplease.com/) after previously becoming a member of the exclusive vinyl club. Break of the year, 2017, Michael joined an arts and entertainment collective called Out There Entertainment (https://www.facebook.com/wtfoutthere/). The local group promoted events and printed Zines, getting the word out across the Albany, NY area. In October 2018, Michael moved to Chicago. He started writing for Under the Radar (http://www.undertheradarmag.com/), a music magazine that is "The Solution to Music Pollution." Eventually, his words graced the web pages of Post-Trash (http://post-trash.com/). In Fall 2020, Michael moved back to Upstate York, continuing his passion for storytelling.
