I am the Features Editor at SYFY WIRE, the digital platform run by the SYFY network at NBCUniversal. We cover genre entertainment, focused on sci-fi, horror, fantasy, and anything else with a tinge of the weird and supernatural. Since I came aboard for the mid-2017 relaunch, the site has grown in leaps and bounds. While still full-time at NBCUniversal's SYFY network, I also created and now run ProgressivesEverywhere.org. It's a newsletter and website focused on spotlighting and fundraising for progressive Democratic candidates and causes across the country, up and down the ballot. I track policy, interview candidates, and keep 10,000 people informed about what's happening across the country every week. I also work as a copywriter and content producer on a freelance basis for a variety of companies, brands, and startups. I worked as a hybrid reporter and copywriter for Instagram for over a year, and then wrote high-profile copy for the e-retailer Jet.com. I now write a lot of copy for United Dwelling, MASSE, and a number of other startups, both on an ongoing and per-project basis.
