I love good stories and know how to tell them. My primary focus of storytelling for many years has been business stories but that doesn’t define me at all. Throughout years I’ve been also covering international and local politics, culture, technology, auto news. But that also doesn’t define me fully. So here are some things which I like to tell people about myself. I’m so very passionate about the things I do. Whether it’s learning a new language (yiddish at the moment), or finding innovative ways to tell a story. I do nothing half-heartedly. I work best under pressure. The adrenaline works for me like spinach for Papaye. I’ve done good job covering Paris terror attacks 2015 (even though all I was prepared for then was my holidays in French capital), Greek referendum, Lithuanian financial crisis, the collapse of two Lithuanian major banks. That’s just a few highlights - I could go on and on and on in case you are interested. Everyday’s deadlines help me as well, but never (!) impacts the quality of my work or the sincerity and effort I put in. I love journalism and try tirelessly to be one of the good ones. Mistakes do happen and I have experience in painful acknowledgment of them and learning from them. I am also learning by entering various training programs for communication specialists and being a part of several networks such as international Digital Communication Network or Lithuanian business news journalists club. The more complex the task is - the more it interests me. I just love a good challenge. I’ve surrounded myself with interesting people and good books. I crave good cinema and have a wanderlust gene.
