Biography

Kaye McIntosh is a health editor and writer who started out as a reporter on Doctor magazine in 1996. She is the former editor of investigative magazine Health Which? (2000-2004), where she commissioned and led original research into issues such as Seroxat suicides. She was also editor of consumer titles Pregnancy & birth and WI Life, (2011-2016), the WI's national magazine. At WI Life she led campaigns on topics including violence against women and girls. Kaye has been freelance since 2016, writing for titles from The Daily Telegraph (under a pseudonym), Uncancelled, Dispensing Optics and Nursing in Practice to Healthcare Leader, Doctors.net.uk and Community Practitioner.
