Attorney M. Keith Lipscomb serves as managing member of Lipscomb, Eisenberg & Baker, PL, a boutique Miami, Florida law firm focusing on intellectual property and business litigation. Mr. Lipscomb has represented retailers, franchisors, franchisees, architects, distributors, and manufacturers in various intellectual property matters involving trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, and domain name disputes. For a 150-store wine and spirit chain, he obtained a favorable jury verdict. He also obtained summary judgment for a telecommunication company which led to a favorable settlement for the client.
