I am a Seattle-based culinary journalist and host. Author of award-winning The Little Vegan Dessert Cookbook. I provide editors engaging, well-researched material, to maintain and expand their readership. My experience includes sourcing/creating content related to cookbook publishing, food journalism, and business/personal profiles that tell a story. I received my chef certification at the Institute for Culinary Education under the instruction of the late Annemarie Colbin, PhD, an early pioneer of the health-food movement. I am an ADDY Award recipient for food journalism, and my work has appeared in such outlets as Motherwell, the Huffington Post, and Seattle Magazine.
