Biography
Lisa Marie David is a Filipina freelance photojournalist and documentary photographer with an interest in documenting issues concerning women, children, culture, and the environment. She is a regular contributor to Reuters and Bloomberg and had her work published on CNN, WSJ, Libération, NRC, among others. In 2021, she completed her post-graduate Diploma in Visual Journalism at the Asian Center for Journalism in Ateneo de Manila University with the support of the Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung Media Programme Asia. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Santo Tomas and is an alumna of the 19th Angkor Photo Festival Workshop in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
