Biography

Matt Blaszczyk is a Research Fellow in Law and Mobility at the University of Michigan Law School and Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Mobility. He is also a Fellow at the University of Milan's Information Society Law Center, an a New York barred attorney. Matt's scholarship focuses on intellectual property law, antitrust, contracts, and the intersections of law and technology. He has published in flagship and specialty journals in the U.S. and internationally, and his commentary has been featured on prominent legal blogs. Matt's research has been cited by the UK Law Commission, the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, and in testimony before the U.S. Congress.
