I am currently the assistant editor for the trade publication RePlay Magazine. I was formerly a reporter and photographer who covered mostly business and city government for the Yuma Sun, a daily newspaper in southwest Arizona. Previously, while finishing up my bachelor's degree from Detroit's Wayne State University, I worked as an intern for the Mackinac Island Town Crier, a weekly newspaper in northern Michigan. My freelance work prior to that included bylines with Bridge Magazine and Motor City Muckraker.
