I've been a lover of the written word since from a young age so it only made sense to make it a career. I'm a movie fanatic, avid reader of all genres, music lover and concert junkie who loves anything and everything pop culture which makes journalism my dream career. Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, I graduated from MTSU in May 2018 with a B.S. in Mass Communications with a focus in Journalism and a minor in Film Studies. Since then, I've worked as a Lifestyles and Entertainment Reporter in Shreveport, LA and Phoenix, AZ for Gannett / USA Today.
