I am a part-time freelance reporter and photographer. I believe in the power of free press as a check-and-balance of government overreach, but enjoy actually writing about my own hobby of filmmaking and the independent film community. I am passionate about alcohol and drug recovery, homelessness and the human condition that leads to criminality. I have a personal interest in alternative religious beliefs and how the rise of spirituality as an individual and personal choice based on spiritual principals has affected the religion around the world.
