The William L. Clayton Professor of International Economics Affairs at the Fletcher School, Tufts University and a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research. He is the Founder and Executive Editor of EconoFact (www.econofact.org) a nonpartisan digital publication launched in January 2017 to present analysis of timely economic policy issues. He served as Chief Economist in the Office of International Affairs at the United States Treasury from June 2010 to December 2011.
