Mr. Momin Ali works as a Freelance Journalist and a full-time researcher. He usually writes in the field of education, social, art and culture and health. He has been actively engaged in community services. During the activities he has been covered by The Times of India, The Hindu, The Hindustan Times, Dainik Jagran, Hindustan, Amar Ujala, Inquilab, Rashtriya Sahara and many more. He was the volunteer at the National Service Scheme, Government of India. He has also worked as a volunteer for one year at the Disability Unit of Aligarh Muslim University, a Scheme by the University Grants Commission, Government of India. He has served as the Secretary General Public Relations of the Cultural Education Centre, Aligarh Muslim University. He has also held the post of Secretary, Career Counselling at Mohsinul Mulk Hall, AMU. He was the Joint Secretary of the Raleigh Literary Society in the Department of English, AMU. He has been the Class Representative for two consecutive sessions during his master’s programme at the Aligarh Muslim University. As a community worker he formed a Facebook group called "Covid-19: Instant Help" in the dangerous Second Wave of Coronavirus in India. He also later created an account on Twitter, called ‘Covid19: Instant Help’ Through his group they tried to help those who were in distressed. They were getting the SOS calls and amplified on their platforms which got fulfilled be it providing with oxygen, blood, medicines etc. Mr. Ali is also a music lover. He plays flute, harmonium and tabla. He participated in several functions. He played flute at an International Art Festival in Jaipur; a National Poetry Festival in New Delhi and a National Festival called 'Jashn-e-Hind' at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts in New Delhi. He got an opportunity to perform consecutive two terms at the AMU Literary Festivals.
