Biography
Hello, I am Mya Clark, a news anchor and reporter at KAMR Local Four and FOX 14. I am a two time alumna from the University of West Florida. In May of 2022 I earned my masters in strategic communication and leadership. Prior to earning my masters I received my bachelors of arts degree in communication from UWF. I majored in journalism with minors in sport management and international studies. As a graduate assistant I have primarily worked with women's swimming and diving, women's soccer and men's basketball. In my role I also host two segments of the Coach Shinnick Show and Argo Sports Weekly that focuses on student athlete features. Additionally, I am the team sideline reporter for football and manage various teams social media accounts. My primary focus area are news and sports. My experience in the communication and journalism industry includes being a staff writer and co-editor in chief for the Voyager newspaper, an intern and student worker UWF athletic communications, and Director of communications for UWF Student Government Association.
