Biography
Nicole got her B.A. in English Literature before writing and teaching English in Prague, San Francisco, Buenos Aires, and Paris. She eventually landed in NYC where she received a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. Nicole has worked as a freelance writer for many years and in 2017 she took over as editor and publisher of Washington, D.C.'s online arts publication DC Theater Arts. Nicole continues to write for a variety of publications. She was a 2019 National Critics Institute Fellow at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center and a 2022 Entrepreneurial Journalism Fellow at CUNY's Newmark Journalism School. Nicole lives in Maryland, near Washington, D.C., with her three daughters, two rabbits, and one very patient husband.
