Hi, I am Odin Rasco. I am currently a reporter for the Mountain Democrat, a paper that covers news in El Dorado County. I occasionally freelance for other publications, such as the Sacramento Business Journal and the Sacramento News and Review. As a journalist, I have picked up stories in whatever category I can encounter, and work to bring a strong authorial voice to the work I produce. I am a workhorse, and often find myself assigned tasks outside of my job description in order to help the team and the publication. I have editorial experience, do layout for a weekly publication and have previously produced multiple newsletters a week for The State Hornet. I am passionate about my work and bring a unique perspective and voice to my articles that generates engagement and dedicated readers.
