Radio Exe launched on Tuesday 10th January 2012 from our studios just outside the city centre. We broadcast to Exeter, Mid and East Devon on 107.3 FM as well as covering Devon's 'best bits' on DAB Digital Radio. Previously Radio Exe had been known as Exeter FM, which was owned by London-based Asian radio network Sunrise Radio. In June 2011, the station was taken over by Exe Broadcasting Ltd, a new company owned by local broadcaster Paul Nero. Today Radio Exe is owned and managed locally by Exe Broadcasting Limited. Radio Exe can now be heard across all the best bits of Devon, from north to south. Simply select ‘Radio EXE' on DAB digital radio to hear the only station – commercial or BBC – that's made in Devon, all day, every day.
