PROFILE OF OLUFISOYE FARAKE ADENITAN MRS ,NEE AREOLA Olufisoye Adenitan, a journalist Working with (Radio Nigeria)Since 2007 focuses on reporting issues of women ,Girls and persons with disability She has OND Mass communication from Universal college of technology ,now polythenic Ile ife ,(B.A) History & international studies ,Ekiti state University.Post Graduate Diploma in Education ,Ekiti state University.Master Degree , International Relations, Elizade university Ilara Mokin Ondo state (in view ) She is an African Journalism fellow, Tony Elumelu Foundation (2017) She is a fellow , African women in Media She has won media grants from African women in Media in reporting violence against women and Girls and AWIM/Luminate Young Women In Politics Media Project She is a fellow , female leadership program under the Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism Report Women !FRLP Fellowship She is also a fellow , Dataphyte gender mainstreaming cohort 2 ,a project geared towards using Data to drive story telling in the media Mrs. Olufisoye Farake Adenitan has won media awards and given special recognition by wife of ondo state governor ,Mrs Betty Anyanwu Akeredolu for her passion on issues of Girls &Women's Rights In the course of her career and passion for women and children, she established an NGO;Faracare Foundation for Human Development, FARDEF that advocates for women inclusion and political participation as well as Disability inclusion in the electoral space . Through her NGO, she has organised several Female mentorship programs for secondary school girls in ondo state on improved self esteem and leadership skills. She has also implemented projects on Mestrual Hygiene as well Advocacy against female Genital Mutilation in ondo and Ekiti states . Her Hobbies are Reading and Traveling .
