Biography

Prabhakar Kumar Mishra is a Delhi-based journalist with roots in Gopalganj, Bihar. He has authored two books. His first book 'Ek Ruka Hua Faisla: Ayodhya Vivad ke Aakhiri Chalis Din' is based on Supreme Court hearing on the title suit of Ayodhya Dispute and the Verdict. This book was published by The Penguin Random House (Hind Pocket Books). His second book 'Kisaan Banaam Sarkaar: Andolan ki Kahaaniyan' is based on the Farmers Protest at Delhi Border. He spent 13 months reporting on the farmers' agitation against the three farm reforms laws that the Union government had brought in 2000. He forayed into journalism with degrees of LLB and MA in Political Science. He is working as Assistant Editor with News 24 TV channel. He writes columns in various newspapers and magazines and also teaches as guest faculty in Delhi University from where he did his own journalism course. He is also visiting faculty in IIMC, Delhi.
