I write about travel, food, culture and the arts in Italy. I’ve written about major cities such as Rome, Milan, Turin, Florence and Bologna, and regions such as Tuscany, the Aosta Valley, Liguria and Lombardy. I've lived here in Italy for over 20 years and have both an outsider's eye and local insight that helps to bring those cultural cultural nuances and details to life on the page.
