Biography

I worked as a healthcare and education reporter for the local newspaper Cape Cod Times, based in Cape Cod, Massachusetts till February 2024. I'm a recent MS in Journalism graduate from Boston University, Massachusetts. I started my journalism career back in Bangladesh, South Asia, where I was born and brought up. I worked as the feature intern for the Cape Cod Times, during the summer of 2022 and was offered a fulltime position based on that. I have more than three years of experience in youth journalism at The Daily Star, an esteemed English daily, based in Bangladesh. I've interacted, connected and worked with the vibrant youth population in Bangladesh, who inspired me to take up journalism as a career.
